Payment terms
To pay for an order, you can choose one of the following options:
- Credit card
- Partial repayment with bonus points
- Payment using a personal account wallet
- Electronic payment systems
- Bank transfer
- Payment in cash
1. Credit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, MIR cards. When placing an order in the shopping cart, you can choose the option "Cashless payment". To pay for the purchase, you will be redirected to the server of the "PayKeeper" system, where you will have to enter the card number, expiration date, name of the holder and then follow the instructions of the system for successful payment of your order.
You may be denied authorization if:
- if your bank does not support 3D-Secure technology;
- there are not enough funds on the card for the purchase;
- the bank does not support the online payment service;
- the data input timeout has expired;
- an error was made in the data.
In this case, you can re-authorize after 20 minutes, use another card or contact your bank to resolve the issue.
You can use a non-cash payment for courier delivery, or delivery to a parcel locker or a pick-up point.
2. Partial repayment with bonus points
If you have accumulated points on your bonus account that you would like to use, select this option and follow the instructions of the system. When choosing this method, the system itself will calculate the deduction of the bonus points accumulated by you, but not more than 20% of the total amount of your order due to partial repayment of the order amount, and will offer to choose one of the available and convenient payment methods for the remaining amount of the order.
You can use a partial repayment with bonus points method for courier delivery, or delivery to a parcel locker or a pick-up point.
3. Payment using a personal account wallet
If you have previously recharged a virtual wallet in your personal account, you can use the available funds of the virtual wallet, both completely and partially.
By choosing this payment option, the system will check the sufficiency of your wallet funds to pay for the entire order. If the amount of the wallet is not enough to pay for the order, the system will recalculate the remaining amount to be paid and redirect you to the payment server to pay for the remaining amount of the order.
You can choose a payment using a personal account wallet method for courier delivery, or delivery to a parcel locker or a pick-up point.
4. Electronic payment systems
For payment, you can use one of the electronic payment systems:
- PayKeeper;
- YooMoney;
- WebMoney.
You will be redirected to the payment service page, following the instructions, correctly fill out the form.
You can use electronic payment systems for courier delivery, or delivery to a parcel locker or a pick-up point.
5. Bank transfer
It can be used to pay for orders by legal entities with a preliminary invoice for payment. If you are a legal entity registered on the website, log in to your personal account, create an order and click the "Place an order" button. Within a few hours from the moment of the order, the manager will contact you and issue an invoice for you, which will be available for payment within 3 days. After the payment is received on the account, your order will be processed, which you will be notified about additionally.

6. Payment in cash
You can use this type of payment when choosing the option of courier delivery to the address, followed by payment with the courier in cash, through the online sales register. The courier provides the goods that can be inspected for damage, compliance with the specified conditions. The buyer signs the shipping documents, deposits funds and receives a payment receipt from the courier, issued through the online sales register. This payment method is available only in some regions of the Russian Federation, where our service has the possibility of using online sales registers.
